Future first architecture

At Whitespace, we believe that in order to deal with today's challenges, architecture should move into new unexplored arenas, where it can blossom and become once again the true manifestation of man's modern needs. We advocate a unique form of utopian architecture that steers clear of the petrifying pragmatism of boring boxes and the naïve utopian ideas of digital formalism. The primary mission of our projects, then, is to achieve the balance between the effects of size and programmatic mixtures on the triple bottom line of the social, economic and ecological outcome. As such, architecture becomes a form of programmatic alchemy that we create by mixing conventional ingredients, such as living, leisure, working, parking and shopping, yet in an original and unconventional methods.

We are  constantly rethinking traditions for a contemporary lifestyle that will lead to a better future for generations to come.

Bringing to life the visual art of architecture.

To further our understanding of architecture and develop new ways to see, design and make the products around us, WSA commits substantial resources towards proactive research and development proposals. Working closely with the client and users we experiment to find the best organization of program, site and context.

Whitespace Architects is constantly thinking about how it can integrate architecture with the natural landscape in the Middle East by partnering with pioneering global Landscape Designers, and, in doing so create outdoor spaces that allow people to feel healthier, and more connected to the environment while improving people's lifestyles.

We are guided by a determined goal to spark positive change and create a future that promotes sustainability and well being.

Energy and Carbon

Our mission is that we must advance the development of sustainable, resilient, equitable, and zero-carbon buildings, communities and cities. We help our clients achieving their sustainable goals by offering a carbon emission analysis at the start of a project to create awareness of the embodied and operational carbon use and give them guidance on steps to carbon neutrality.

Resources

Project resources are components that are necessary for successful project implementation. They include people, equipment, money, time, knowledge – basically, anything that you may require from the project planning to the project delivery phases.

Water

Its extensively used by such great architects as water can be interpreted and shows different possibilities depending on perspective or visualization of the person . It has quality like tranquility soothing (visual comfort),serenity ,vitality ,motion, stillness, subtle ,reflection etc.

Mobility and Construction

The world is changing and with it the cities. The new possibilities of physical mobility in the industrial age have decisively influenced architecture and city planning. The question now arises as to how much the present revolution of information and communication will have.

Land and Ecology

Landscape ecology has emerged in the past decade as an important and useful tool for land-use planners and landscape architects. While professionals and scholars have begun to incorporate aspects of this new field into their work, there remains a need for a summary of key principles and how they might be applied in design and planning.

Technology - VR

Through virtual reality, we are able to create an immersive 3D experience that touches clients emotionally and presents architectural ideas in the best possible way. In a life-like simulation, our clients have the chance to engage with the model and experience it themselves, making it easier to discuss details that may be more difficult to see or comprehend in another format, allowing them to experience a building before it’s built.
